Proud to call the Panhandle home

Enjoy responsibly

BDC works with Anheuser-Busch and local partners to run more than two dozen community-based alcohol awareness and education programs. We focus on preventing underage drinking and drunk driving, promoting responsible drinking among adults, and addressing responsibility among college-aged adults.

  • Family Talk — helps parents talk with their children about underage drinking and respecting the law.
  • College Talk — keeps parents and students talking about drinking as students prepare for college and a life on their own.
  • Good Sport — promotes responsible behavior by sports fans and encourages designated drivers.
  • Sound Attitude — promotes responsible behavior among adults attending live music concerts.
  • We I.D. — works with retail partners to promote responsible serving and prevent sales to minors.
  • Server Education — annual guides that help retailers check I.D.s and identify valid driver’s licenses.
  • Alert Cab — safe, free cab rides home for adults 21+ who may have had too much to drink.
